Shipping & Delivery
How your made-to-measure piece reaches you
Every Label Shivaksh piece is stitched to your measurements after you order, rather than pulled off a rack. Here is what happens between your order and your delivery.
1. Made to Order
- Pieces are stitched to your measurements after you order; the size range varies by design.
- Once you place your order, we get in touch to confirm your measurements (bust, waist, hips, length and so on) so your outfit fits perfectly.
2. Delivery
- Your piece usually reaches you 1 to 2 weeks after you order: it is stitched to your measurements first.
- Delivery is free anywhere in India. We ship through DTDC or FedEx.
- Within Delhi NCR, you can choose same-day delivery by Porter instead. The Porter charge is paid by you, separately from your order.
- For delivery outside India, we ship through DTDC or FedEx. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
- Your order moves through Confirmed, Packed, Shipped and Delivered. You can follow it on the Track Order page.
3. Rental Pieces
- A select few exclusive pieces, such as trail gowns and maternity-shoot wear, are available on rent. Their delivery and return follow the Rental Terms.
- Rental prices do not include shipping. You arrange and pay for delivery and return, for example through Porter or any logistics provider you choose.
- Rental returns can be scheduled for pickup or dropped at our studio.
