Refunds, returns and exchanges
Every piece is made to order for you, so purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. This page also covers refunds when something goes wrong with a payment, and the security deposit on the select pieces available on rent.
1. Purchases
- Every piece is made to order, to your exact requirements and measurements.
- Once you place your order, we get in touch to confirm your measurements (bust, waist, hips, length and so on) so your outfit fits perfectly.
- We work with you through as many iterations as it takes to get your piece right.
- Because each piece is made for you, purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Payment Problems
- If your payment did not reach our systems, it is refunded automatically in 5–7 days.
- If the piece sold out while you were completing payment, we refund the full amount within 5–7 days.
- If you don't see the refund by then, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
3. Rental Pieces
- The refundable security deposit on a rental piece is returned within 2 hours of return acceptance, provided the items are in acceptable condition. It goes back to the original payment method.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund of rental fees. Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has begun.
