We keep each chat for 30 days after its last message, to answer you and improve our service, and then delete it. Your browser also keeps a copy for 30 days so you can come back to it; you can delete that copy under Past chats in the chat window. To stop misuse, we count how many messages come from each network and account every day, keeping only a coded (hashed) form of the IP address, deleted after two days

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to users)
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information
