Ordering & Made to Measure
How does made-to-measure ordering work?
Order online, or book a studio visit with Shivangi to be measured in person; either way, the piece is stitched to your measurements, which we confirm with you after you order. For questions about a design before you order, message Shivangi on WhatsApp.
How are my measurements taken?
Once you place your order, we get in touch to confirm your measurements (bust, waist, hips, length and so on) so your outfit fits perfectly. You can also book a studio visit and be measured in person.
What sizes are available?
Every piece is stitched to your measurements, and the size range varies by design. Certain outfits can be tailored up to extended sizes (up to 3XL), while some styles are available only in select standard sizes. Message us on WhatsApp with the design name to confirm what is possible for it.
Can I change the colour, fabric or embroidery of a design?
Yes. Customisation of colours, fabrics and embroidery is available after a personal design consultation with Shivangi.
How much does a Label Shivaksh outfit cost?
Current prices range from ₹11,999 to ₹59,999. Every design is stitched to your measurements, and each product page shows the price of that piece.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. The price shown on the website includes GST.
How do I pay?
Pay online at checkout; payments are processed securely through Cashfree.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, until stitching starts: message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once stitching has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the piece is being made for you.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1 to 2 weeks from your order to delivery, because every piece is stitched to your measurements after you order. If you need it by a certain date, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you if we can make it.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free anywhere in India; we ship through DTDC or FedEx. Within Delhi NCR, you can choose same-day delivery by Porter instead. The Porter charge is paid by you, separately from your order.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. We ship outside India through DTDC or FedEx; message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
How do I track my order?
Your order moves through Confirmed, Packed, Shipped and Delivered. You can follow it on the Track Order page.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a piece?
No. Every piece is made to order for you, so purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. We work with you through as many iterations as it takes to get your piece right.
My payment failed. When will I get my money back?
If your payment did not reach our systems, it is refunded automatically in 5 to 7 days. If the piece sold out while you were completing payment, we refund the full amount within 5 to 7 days. If you do not see the refund by then, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Custom Outfits & Stitching
Can you design an outfit from scratch?
Yes. The colours, embroidery, neckline and silhouette are worked out with you in a personal design consultation with Shivangi, and the outfit is made to your measurements.
Can you customise an outfit I already own?
Yes. Bring the outfit to the studio, or send photos of it to Shivangi on WhatsApp, and we suggest how it can be customised. The price depends on the work.
How much does a custom blouse cost?
Custom blouses start from ₹1,200. The final price depends on the design; send your idea to Shivangi on WhatsApp for a quote.
How long does stitching take?
Usually 1 to 2 weeks, from measurements to delivery.
Do you take rush orders?
Case by case: it depends on the design and how busy the studio is. Message us on WhatsApp with the date you need it by, and we will tell you if we can make it.
Can I bring my own fabric?
Yes. Bring your own fabric, or choose from the fabrics we supply at the studio.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp, call +91 99105 22818, or book a studio visit online. The studio is open Tuesday to Sunday, 11:30 am to 8:30 pm (closed Monday), and you can WhatsApp us anytime.
Rentals
Can I rent an outfit?
Only a select few exclusive pieces, such as trail gowns and maternity-shoot wear, are available to rent; the rest of the collection is made to be bought and kept. The rental terms cover deposits and delivery, and you can message Shivangi on WhatsApp to ask which pieces can be rented.
Is there a security deposit on rentals?
Yes. Every rental piece needs a refundable security deposit, returned within 2 hours of return acceptance if the items are in acceptable condition. It goes back to the original payment method.
Can I cancel a rental?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date get a full refund of the rental fees. Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has begun.
How does rental delivery work?
Rental prices do not include shipping: you arrange and pay for delivery and return, for example through Porter or any logistics provider you choose. Rental returns can be scheduled for pickup or dropped at our studio.

The Label Shivaksh studio is at First Floor, 122, near Karkardooma Road, Priya Enclave, Karkardooma, Anand Vihar, Delhi 110092. It is open Tuesday to Sunday, 11:30 am to 8:30 pm (closed Monday).
